RUSSIAN CUSTOMERS BANNED FOR LIFE [24 de fevereiro de 2022]

We have always been apolitical. We don't care about anybody's skin color, religion or political beliefs. However, please allow us to make one single exception today. We were absolutely shocked and in tears when we saw the Russian war declaration against Ukraine. This is the first time since World War II when a country declared war against a European country. We have never imagined this could be possible in the 21st century`. And there's absolutely nothing we can do at our side except for declaring our deepest sympathy with our Ukrainian brothers and stating our deepest possible contempt and disgust at the Russian dictator and warmonger.

We have our own bad experiences, the Russian army occupied Czechoslovakia in years 1968-1991. Our country lost "only" 108 lives during that period so in no way this could be compared to the terror that is happening in Ukraine these days. Yet our historical experiences prove that Russian borders are where the Russian dictators want, not where the (independent!) neighbouring countries want...

Since the date we launched our site we have also been experiencing dozens and dozens of hacking attacks from Russian IP addresses. Only few Russian customers were willing to pay us - and in the end most of them turned out to be just thieves of American credit card numbers so we were later just charged for chargebacks and refunds. (My respect and apology to the very few genuine and honest Russian customers... but the rest of your nation is unfortunately just disgraceful).

As a result of Putin's aggression against the civilized world we will never accept any more customers from Russia. Freedom and peace are more important than money.
